All payments must be made in advance of delivery. 3. Modifications: To make changes to your subscription, including pausing or canceling, please call our shop directly. 4. Cancellations: Cancel your subscription anytime by calling our shop. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next scheduled delivery to avoid charges. 5. Delivery: We deliver your flowers as per the subscription schedule. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. No time stamp delivery will apply. 6. Refunds: Refunds are not provided for delivered orders. If you are not satisfied with your delivery, please contact us immediately by email. All complaints will need to be in writing, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
